Yesterday, my "work" constituted writing 3800 words of canon ACD!Holmes AU in one sitting. Probably the longest writing stretch in one day that I've since I wrote nearly my entire tv episode for culf's show in one day.

This week marked the start of a three week Easter break for uni. Yay! After nine straight weeks, everyone was kind of drained. Not that it'll be a real break as I have a briefing paper to write for my PG Cert teaching class plus a group project to do for that same class (oh joy of joys), plus meetings with my dissertation supervisor, and work.

I may have started to read Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy fic. FYI: this was an amazing film. If you're in the UK, go and see it. If you're in the US go and see it when it's released in December. Even if you don't like/are obsessed with Cumberbatch, it is a fantastic piece of filmmaking. Very tense throughout with excellent acting from everyone involved ( Read more... )
